Don't toss your old clothing... Just Porch It!

Just Porch It, an extension of its parent company EcoWorld, is a free collection service for unwanted clothing, shoes, bedding, accessories and other soft goods. Just Porch It utilizes both collection bins and free home pick-up services to collect donations. Items suitable for reuse are distributed to serve people in need, while clothing deemed unsuitable is recycled to keep it out of landfills.

Funds generated from recycled donations are given to Saint Agnes’ Community Health and Well-Being team to support their work of improving access to essential services and resources for the most vulnerable in our community.

"At Saint Agnes’ Holy Cross Center for Health and Wellness, we often receive donations of clothing that cannot be used – either because they are not appropriate for donation, are too used or too dirty," says Ivonne Der Torosian, Saint Agnes Vice President of Community Health and Well-Being. "We were able to donate those items to EcoWorld through Just Porch It in exchange for more appropriate and useable clothing items. To date, we have collected more than 400 pounds of textiles that would have otherwise ended up in landfills."

Saint Agnes collects donations at its collection bin located at the Saint Agnes Administrative Center at The Plaza. Additionally, donations can be collected via free home pick-up. When you schedule a home pick-up, be sure to mention "Saint Agnes" to support our team.
