What is the Sisters' Legacy Award?
The Sisters' Legacy Award is meant to honor a Saint Agnes colleague who exemplifies our core values, has given their gifts of time and talent, and continually inspires others to do the work our Founders—the Sisters of the Holy Cross—entrusted us to do. This award acknowledges a team member who embodies the spirit of Saint Agnes through unwavering dedication, selfless willingness to serve with reverence and compassion, ultimately continuing the legacy forged by the founding Sisters.
Who is eligible to be nominated?
Any Saint Agnes colleague may nominate another colleague for this prestigious annual award—our hospital's highest honor. We believe that Sisters' Legacy Award nominees should be Saint Agnes colleagues who:
- Continuously exemplify our Mission and Core Values
- Give of their time and talents while maintaining an attitude of compassion and grace
- Inspire others to carry out our sacred work
How do I nominate a colleague?
Completely fill out the nomination form below with a short narrative that illustrates how the nominee continuously exceeds and exemplifies our Mission and Core Values. Every year, the Sisters' Legacy Award recipient will be recognized during our new Mission Week, every August. NOTE: Members of Senior Leadership are not eligible for nomination.
