Dr. Grossman is a skilled surgeon who has diagnosed abd us treating my spinal problems. Hisstaff is working very hard to have tge commercial insurance company to pay for prescribed procedures and injections.
Stacy Ross asked questions of me to completely understand my needs and condition.
Stacy is very understanding to my issue.
When you call to make an appt and press prompt 2 ypu are on hold for 45 if they even answer. Sometimes they drop the call to go to lunch. Never had success with prompt 2. Had to find a work around to get an appt. The service to make or cancel an appt is BAD...VERY BAD!

Never seen the provider. I waited over 40 minutes with no ETA. It has been over 3 months I had to wait to even get screened for emergency surgey due to broken leads in mt spine stimultor. This has created extrem pain, numbness entire left body righ lower body aseell. Difficulty breathing with loss bodily fluids. Top it off with 15 on the pian scale.
Scheduling other test to up date my profile.
Quicker service. I was checked in and then waited almost an hour to be seen by the physician assistant.
Everyone I have encountered has been very nice and extremely helpful with my medical needs and concerns

Scheduling was very difficult, started with online request, receive call but could not understand caller, advised a call back would be made. Did not hear anything, called office was transferred to scheduling, had to leave a message. Message advised that call would be returned within 24 hours. Waited 3 days and nothing, called again was able to obtain an appt.

The only thing is that it take a long time before I can get my injection I wish it was faster.
