- Named a Best Regional Hospital 2024-2025 by U.S. News & World Report, including 8 high performing categories and the inaugural Equitable Access award
- David McFadyen, MBA, FACHE, named President and CEO of Trinity Health West Region
- First hospital in the Fresno area to utilize the Ion Endoluminal System advancing the detection of lung cancer
- First hospital in the Central Valley to acquire the da Vinci 5 ® surgical system
- Opened an outpatient Pulmonary Clinic under Saint Agnes Care to improve care pathways for patients with lung conditions
- First hospital in the Central Valley to offer these advanced cardiovascular treatments:
- Received nine Healthgrades outstanding quality ratings including the Outpatient Orthopedic Surgery Excellence Award and America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Spine Surgery
- Received six People’s Choice Awards in The Fresno Bee’s 2025 Best of Central California including gold for “Best Place to Have a Baby” and “Best Urgent Care/Walk-in Clinic”
- Welcomed new executive leader Chief Medical Officer, Bessant Parker, MD
- Partnered with Poverello House to open Naomi’s House at Holy Cross – a 30-bed transitional housing facility in downtown Fresno
- Expanded partnership with California Health Sciences University (CHSU) to offer third-year medical student teaching through Graduate Medical Education
- Saint Agnes Nurse Residency graduated 66 nurses from the program
- Graduate Medical Education welcomed 45 new residents and fellows and celebrated 47 graduates
- Saint Agnes Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery renewed accreditation with American College of Surgeons (ACS) Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP)
- Dr. Gurvinder Kaur named President and Market Leader (effective Jan. 2024)
- Regionalized with Saint Alphonsus Health System (Idaho and Oregon) to form Trinity Health's West Region

- First hospital in the Central Valley to implement a Security K-9 program
- Continued preliminary work on our Emergency Department expansion
- Opened Outpatient Infusion Center
- Grand Opening of Saint Agnes Imaging Center and the redesigned Breast Center
- Launched new electronic medical record powered by Epic
- Launched Rural Mobile Health Program with partners at Fresno County and CalViva Health
- First in the Central Valley to implement a Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT)
- Graduate Medical Education welcomed 51 residents and its first three fellows to its newly-accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Sports Medicine Fellowships
- Celebrated the graduation of 36 Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Transitional Year residents
- The Nurse Residency graduated 49 nurses from the program
- Received Healthgrades America's 100 Best Hospitals for Spine Surgery for the third year in-a-row
