Dr Chen is a new provide to me, and my 1st visit since since my annual with him in March. Am impressed at the interest he has taken in me. And responding to my issue.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the care and education that Dr. Chen provided.

After having Dr. Bartell for many years, I was a bit spoiled but hopefully Dr. Chen will be a great replacement for me.
Easy to talk with
Only 2nd time to see Dr. Chen. Regular doctor got ill so i seen Dr. Chen, as I already had lab work done days earlier.
I would have been better to see him in person I was informed that because I was sick I couldn't come in person which makes no sense to me why else would I want to see the doctor

Please know I had an excellent video visit with Dr. Chen on Friday morning, November 29, 2024, the day after Thanksgiving. Dr. Chen immediately understood my health issue. He asked targeted questions, he clearly explained my options which gave me peace of mind, and I followed his advice. Dr. Chen made a follow-up telephone call to me after the weekend for which I am very grateful.
