Saint Agnes receives Paramount Level recognition from Fresno State Pinnacle Society

Fresno, CA – Saint Agnes Health has been recognized by Fresno State as a recipient of the Pinnacle Society’s prestigious Paramount Level honor for contributing more than $1 million in philanthropic support to the university, helping to advance education, student success and academic excellence.

The Pinnacle Society celebrates individuals and organizations whose thoughtful generosity and long-term commitment have made a lasting impact on the university. Established to recognize transformational giving, the society honors donors who have helped enhance academics, support students, improve facilities and strengthen programs across the Fresno State campus.

“Saint Agnes has played a vital role in supporting Fresno State’s mission through collaboration, community engagement and investments that strengthen educational opportunities for students,” says Dr. Gurvinder Kaur, Saint Agnes Health President and Market Leader. “This recognition serves as a testament to that commitment and the positive impact the organization continues to have throughout the Central Valley.” 

This year marks a special chapter in the Pinnacle Society's history. Following a pause during the COVID-19 pandemic, the recognition program was recently revived under the leadership of Fresno State President, Saúl Jiménez-Sandoval, reaffirming the university's commitment to celebrating the donors and partners who help shape Fresno State's future.

“The philanthropic commitment that Saint Agnes has made to Fresno State has created a lasting impact,” says Kara Zografos, DrPH, MPH, Dean, California State University, Fresno, College of Health and Human Services. “That generosity has opened doors for students while strengthening the university and the communities they will serve.
