Saint Agnes receives $13.6 million gift from King J. Richter Estate

Saint Agnes has received a transformative gift of $13.6 million from the King J. Richter Estate – the largest gift in the hospital’s 96-year history.

“The generosity of King J. Richter will allow Saint Agnes to invest directly in our facilities and care services to ensure we can meet the growing and complex needs of our community right here at home for generations to come,” says Dr. Gurvinder Kaur, Saint Agnes President and Market Leader. “Our entire Saint Agnes family of colleagues, physicians and community members are grateful to Richter for his support of our healing ministry.”
 

Funds from the estate gift will be utilized to support the construction of a new Emergency Department, invest in new medical technology and devices, and improve access to care.
