Patient and Family Advisory Council

Your voice matters
Delivering the highest quality care with a heart of compassion has been Saint Agnes Medical Center's promise since 1929 and to make sure we continue meeting our goals, we are seeking input from former patients and their loved ones through our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
The role of a Patient and Family Advisory Council
Our Patient and Family Advisory Council is a volunteer committee that actively contributes to Saint Agnes' continuous improvement efforts in patient experience, safety, quality and education. Members of our PFAC work in collaboration with Saint Agnes Medical Center leadership, Board of Directors and Medical Staff and play an integral role in helping us improve the way our hospital operates by:
- Sharing first-hand experience of a recent interaction or overnight stay at Saint Agnes,
- Giving feedback about patient education and communication plans, and
- Providing input on future hospital programs and initiatives

Advisory Council members share stories to help our team better understand how we can improve patient experience. Anyone who has personally stayed at our hospital, interacted with any of our related facilities or medical offices, or had a family member that has received care from our team is welcome to join.
No previous experience required—our team will provide you with any education you may need. The most important thing we ask is that you provide honest feedback about your experiences—that's the only way we can improve the service and care provided.
