Our Stroke Team is golden

Saint Agnes was awarded the Stroke Gold Plus Award with a target of Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll as part of the American Heart Association’s Get with the Guidelines program.

Hospitals that receive the Gold Plus honor have achieved an aggressive goal of treating patients to core standard levels of care as outlined by the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association for a minimum of two consecutive years. Additionally, hospitals must demonstrate higher levels of quality, compliant care during the observation period. For more about the recent award, click here.
