From the labor and delivery process, breathing tips, when to call the doctor, pros and cons of epidurals and inductions, and breastfeeding FAQs, our Online Bundle of Joy class is perfect for any first-time parent.Due to COVID-19, currently we have postponed all in-person Bundle of Joy classes. However, we are excited announce we have taken this valuable resource online. Now, stay home, stay safe and learn all about labor and delivery at Saint Agnes through our new online option and at NO COST!
Classes will be taught by one of our Childbirth Educators and will cover the same topics – labor and delivery process, breathing tips, when to call the doctor, pros and cons of epidurals and inductions, breastfeeding FAQs and more – as did our normal 8-hour Bundle of Joy class, just in a condensed 2-hour form. Usually included in our Bundle of Joy class is a hospital tour. Although tours have also been postponed, that doesn't mean you can't still walk through our halls and be prepared.
