Cigna Negotiations
Important information for patients with Cigna health plans
Saint Agnes Health has been working since April to reach a new agreement with Cigna to stay in its network and continue providing care to our patients with Cigna commercial (employer-sponsored) health plans. Our current agreement remains in effect through December 31, 2026.
For now, nothing changes. You can continue to visit Saint Agnes Health hospitals, facilities and physicians as you normally would.
We have negotiated in good faith with Cigna for months, seeking a fair agreement with necessary increases that reflect the rising costs of delivering care. Our commitment is to make healthcare affordable for our patients, but Cigna’s current negotiating position could push Saint Agnes Health out of its network. We believe patients deserve continued access to the doctors, hospitals and care teams they know and trust.
Our focus should be on caring for patients, not on urging insurers to cover the true cost of care. We remain committed to reaching an agreement that preserves your access to care.
If you do not find the answers to your negotiation-related questions on this site, please call our patient line at (559) 712-4422. This website will be updated as our negotiations continue, so please check back for the most up-to-date information.
