Upon your arrival to Saint Agnes Medical Center, please report to Patient Registration on the first floor of the Outpatient Center, located on the east side of the campus (behind the Emergency Department). For directions, please visit the Maps and Directions directory.
For your convenience, free valet parking is available at the Outpatient Center entrance, 5:30 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Friday. If you require a wheelchair, please alert one of our valets who will be happy to assist you.
*Endoscopy patients: Please report directly to the West Wing entrance for patient registration, located on the west side of the campus. For directions, see visit the Maps and Directions directory. Parking stalls are reserved for your convenience.
*Maternity patients: If you arrive at Saint Agnes after hours (9 p.m.-6 a.m.) for an OB check or to be admitted for delivery, please report to the Outpatient Center Entrance. Here, you will be registered and personally escorted to Labor & Delivery (located on the 6th floor of the Main Wing).
Online Patient Registration
Don't waste precious minutes standing in line to complete paperwork when you can preregister for your appointment in the comfort and convenience of your home. Simply preregister online or call (559) 450-3201 to speak with a registrar who can assist you.
(If you are unable to preregister, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment).
 Self Check-In Kiosks
Saint Agnes offers Self Check-In Kiosks to expedite the care experience. If you have preregistered for your visit, you can quickly and conveniently check in, rather than stand in line. For added convenience, you also have the option of making your co-pay upon self check-in.
To better serve our diverse population, the kiosk service is available in English, Spanish and Hmong. Patients who prefer to check in with one of our friendly registrars may continue to do so.
