Office Staff Resources

To ensure physicians and office staff members have the resources necessary to successfully partner with Saint Agnes Medical Center, we are pleased to now offer several online tools:

• Maps and directions – Including the patient registration map, campus map, directional floor map and turn-by-turn driving directions.  
• Online scheduling – Imaging appointments can now be made online. 
• Referral forms – Quick links to various referral forms, available to download, save and print.
• Telephone directory – A to Z Medical Center directory.
