A note to our Obstetric patients …
If I give birth at Saint Agnes, will I have access to my baby’s medical records?
When you enroll in patient portal, you are given access only to your personal health information. But there is a simple process you can complete to gain access to your baby’s records. Please note that you must visit HIM in person and are required to present a photo ID to verify your identity.
