Meet the Foundation Board

It has been 23 years since I was approached to serve on the Foundation Board at Saint Agnes Medical Center – a place that held many life events for me and my family and to which I had a very strong emotional tie. My first thought was, what do I know about hospitals? How can I be of service to these people? It was a quick love affair after a couple of Board meetings and the reception I received from the staff and the Sisters. I knew I could do "some" good!

Our Mission Statement states in concept that we exist for all the people of our community. I am so very proud of the assistance provided to the homeless and the patient care to all members of our valley. We have great empathy and that means the world to me. I would like to thank our staff, employees and physicians for their care and healing they provide our community. They are without equal! We appreciate any involvement you can make whether it be through volunteering or through your charitable giving.

To my fellow Board Members, I thank you for allowing me this great challenge. I promise to serve as your chair with humility and give Saint Agnes and the community my very best effort.
