Lifeline

If you experience a fall, medical issue or other emergency, every second counts. And when others can't be with you, the Philips Lifeline Medical Alert Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to connect you with emergency assistance.

Saint Agnes is pleased to be a Lifeline provider. This convenient, easy-to-use system includes an interactive in-home unit and a personal Help Button you wear as a pendant or on a wristband. If you need help, just push your Help Button to connect with a Lifeline representative. Your Lifeline representative will assess the situation and contact a neighbor, loved one, or emergency personnel, and then follow up to confirm that help has arrived. If the button is pressed and the subscriber cannot speak, the Lifeline representative contacts emergency medical services immediately.

The personal Help Button is completely waterproof, so you can wear it in the shower or bath, where many falls occur.

  • Basic Unit - $37.00
    Includes choice of pendant or wrist-style Help Button.
  • Auto Alert - $50.00
    This enhanced service includes a pendant-style button that automatically places a call for help if a fall is detected and you can not push your button.

All Lifeline installation, service calls, and deactivations are done by dedicated, compassionate Saint Agnes volunteers, who donate their time in support of this program.
