Friday, February 1.

To celebrate National Heart Month and to raise awareness about heart disease, we invite employees to sport a red shirt to work February 1. For those who would like to purchase our Saint Agnes "Caring for Heart & Soul" red T-shirt – the winning team T-shirt at the 2012 American Heart Walk – we are taking preorders!

Cost for the shirts is $5 for S-XL and/or $7 for 2XL-4XL. To preorder your shirt today, simply complete the form below with your name, department, phone number and email where you can be reached. Then, add the size(s) and quantity(s) you are requesting. All submissions are immediately received by Communications.
