The Patient Financial Services Department at Saint Agnes understands that a visit to the hospital can be a stressful experience. Our goal is to ensure that nothing interferes with your healing process, especially any concerns you may have about your financial commitment to Saint Agnes.
To ensure that the medical needs of our patients are covered, Saint Agnes partners with many healthcare plans, including Medicare and Medi-Cal. Chances are good that your health insurance plan is among those we accept. For a current listing of partnered healthcare providers, click here. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please talk with us as soon as possible.
It is Saint Agnes Medical Center's policy to request your estimated deductible or co-pay before you leave. We accept payment by cash, check, and several major credit cards. If you are not prepared to pay at that time, our Patient Financial Services Department will be happy to work with you to design a short-term payment plan that meets your needs. The Patient Financial Services Department is located inside our Patient Registration area (Outpatient Center entrance), far east side of the Medical Center, south of the Emergency Department.
