The Patient Financial Services Department at Saint Agnes understands that a visit to the hospital can be a stressful experience. Our goal is to ensure that nothing interferes with your healing process, especially any concerns you may have about your financial commitment to Saint Agnes.
To ensure that the medical needs of our patients are covered, Saint Agnes partners with many healthcare plans, including Medicare and Medi-Cal. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please talk with us as soon as possible.
It is Saint Agnes Medical Center's policy to request your estimated deductible or co-pay before you leave. We accept payment by cash, check, and several major credit cards. If you are not prepared to pay at that time, our Patient Financial Services Department will be happy to work with you to design a short-term payment plan that meets your needs. The Patient Financial Services Department is located inside our Patient Registration area (Outpatient Center entrance), far east side of the Medical Center, south of the Emergency Department.
What are the different ways I can pay my bill?

Our Financial Advocates are available Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. to help our patients pay their hospital bill in-person or answer other billing-related questions about their account. Our Financial Advocates reside in the Patient Financial Services Department, located just inside our Patient Registration area (Outpatient Center entrance – far east side of the Medical Center, south of the Emergency Department). For after-hour or weekend support, our Outpatient registrars can assist you with payments or other questions.

What if I can't pay my bill within 45 days?
If you request a short-term, interest-free payment plan, please contact our office at (559) 450-3145. If you feel your balance poses a financial hardship, you may also apply for our Financial Support Program to see if you are eligible for a discount. For more information, call (559) 450-5247.
