The Financial Services team at Saint Agnes understands that a visit to the hospital can be a stressful experience. Our goal is to ensure that nothing interferes with your healing process, especially any concerns you may have about your financial commitment to Saint Agnes. Our financial counselors are available to answer your questions Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., at (559) 450-3942. For collections billing, please call (559) 450-3145, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4p.m. After business hours, you may call Patient Registration, (559) 450-3201.
Saint Agnes Medical Center's policy is to request your estimated deductible or co-pay before you leave. We accept payment by cash, check, and several major credit cards. If you are not prepared to pay at that time, our Financial Counselors (located on the first floor of the North Wing, next to the Outpatient Laboratory reception area) will be happy to work with you to design a short term payment plan in an effort to meet your needs.
To ensure that the medical needs of our patients are covered, Saint Agnes partners with many healthcare plans, including Medicare and Medi-Cal. Chances are good that your health insurance plan is among those we accept. For a current listing of partnered healthcare providers, click here. What if I can't pay my bill within 45 days?
Please contact our office, (559) 450-3145, to request that we set up a short-term, interest-free payment plan. If you feel your balance poses a financial hardship, you may also apply for our Charity Assistance Program to see if you are eligible for a discount.
