Whether you are still in the decision process, preparing or recovering from surgery, we encourage you to join our online weight loss support group.All classes will be held online. Registration is required. Once registered, you will receive an informational email with instructions.
Whether you are still in the decision process, preparing or recovering from surgery, we encourage you to join our weight loss support group. Meeting the 3rd Tuesday of every month, participants can join with other individuals who are at different steps in the process of their weight loss journey. Ask questions, hear stories and build relationships with people who can relate to your concerns and help guide you through weight loss challenges.
Participants can also expect:
- Monthly access to the bariatric counselor and dietitians of whom you can ask questions and receive additional guidance
- More opportunities to learn about cultivating a healthier relationship with food
- Support to discover and work through obstacles that may be hindering goals and progress
- Education to combat self-sabotage during the weight-loss and weight-management process
This support group meets online, every 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6-7 p.m. and is open to all bariatric patients.
