  Footsteps is a six-week expressive arts program providing grief support for children and teens (4 - 18) who have experienced a death in the family. Parent/Caregiver support groups meet at the same time as the children. Registration is required. Scholarships are available and no one is turned down for lack of funds. • Prostate Cancer Support Group
  This group helps men learn about the causes, diagnosis, treatment options and outcomes of prostate cancer. Information is also available about related conditions such as incontinence and impotence. The group is appropriate for men in all stages of the disease and recovery. • Heart Health for Heart Failure
  The goal of treatment for heart failure is to help the heart muscle pump stronger and work less. This 90-minute class will educate patients and their caregivers on heart function, heart failure, importance of weighing regularly, medications, diet, activity, complications, as well as self-help, medical treatment plans and psychological aspects. We encourage the patient and caregiver to attend together. Class is held the 2nd Tuesday of every month, 10-11:30 a.m. This course is free, but preregistration is required.   Tour the supermarket with a registered dietitian. Learn how to fit a variety of healthy foods into your meal plan. This course can be especially helpful to those on special diets.   Mark your calendars for the 2010 Fresno Cross City Race, Sunday, October 3, in downtown Fresno, sponsored by Saint Agnes Men’s Club. Races begin at Chukchansi Park (1800 Tulare St).
