      Footsteps is a six-week expressive arts program providing grief support for children and teens (4 - 18) who have experienced a death in the family. Parent/Caregiver support groups meet at the same time as the children. Registration is required. Scholarships are available and no one is turned down for lack of funds.       This group helps men learn about the causes, diagnosis, treatment options and outcomes of prostate cancer. Information is also available about related conditions such as incontinence and impotence. The group is appropriate for men in all stages of the disease and recovery.     • Heart Health for Heart Failure
      The goal of treatment for heart failure is to help the heart muscle pump stronger and work less. This 90-minute class will educate patients and their caregivers on heart function, heart failure, importance of weighing regularly, medications, diet, activity, complications, as well as self-help, medical treatment plans and psychological aspects.       Group offers emotional support and education to help people with new ostomies or future ostomies deal with the changes in their lifestyle. Ostomate's support persons are also welcome to attend.     • Footsteps - Support for Significant Loss
      Footsteps is a six-week expressive arts program providing grief support for children and teens (4 - 18) who have experienced a death in the family. Parent/Caregiver support groups meet at the same time as the children. Registration is required. Scholarships are available and no one is turned down for lack of funds.
