Nancy Hollingsworth, RN, MSN, President & CEO Nancy Hollingsworth, RN, was appointed to the Board as President and CEO, February 2011. Nancy enjoys a long history at Saint Agnes, beginning as an Oncology staff nurse (1982-1984), and as Manager of Patient Resources (1985-1998). She retuned to Saint Agnes in August 2007 as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and later promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January 2010. During her time away from the hospital, Nancy worked as a Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations for Deloitte Consulting in Cincinnati, Ohio. Nancy received her BSN from CSU Fresno, and her MSN and MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Debra Canales Debra Canales is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Trinity Health in Novi, Michigan, leading Human Resources, Communications, Public and Media Relations and Diversity and Inclusion and Office of the Presidents. Ms. Canales' background includes executive responsibility for all functional areas of Human Resources and Operations across a wide range of Fortune 500 organizations including healthcare, computer technology, foodservice, and retail. Recognized nationally for her people and change expertise, Ms. Canales was recently recognized as one of the 2012 Women Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal. She was appointed to the Board of Trustees effective July 2011. |

A. Thomas Ferdinandi Jr. A. Thomas Ferdinandi is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Milano Restaurants International. Tom's local volunteer activities are far-reaching, including having served at Saint Agnes as a member of the Saint Agnes Men's Club and more recently on the Saint Agnes Foundation Board. Tom was appointed to the Board of Trustees in January 2012. |

William E. Hadcock Jr., MD Dr. William Hadcock is a local practicing general surgeon specializing in vascular surgery. He has served on the Board since 2009. As former President of the Medical Staff (2001-2002), Dr. Hadcock has also served on the Medical Executive Committee, as well as numerous other Medical Staff committees. |

Sister Mary Corita Heid, RSM Sister Corita is a member of the Sisters of Mercy Regional Community of Detroit, with an extensive background in health care. She has been serving as a full time Health Care Trustee within the Iowa Region of Trinity Health (formerly Mercy Health Services), sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy Regional Community of Detroit since 1994. Sister Corita has served on the SAMC Board of Trustees since 2005. |

Prior to her Board of Trustees appointment in July 2010, she previously served on the Board's Mission and Community Benefit Committee. Deborah's experience in the academic arena and service on many community organizations brings strong educational expertise and community insight to the Board. |

Neil Koenig, PhD Neil Koenig is a management consultant specializing in organizational leadership and succession at the senior executive and board level. He is a skilled facilitator for management and board retreats. Neil resides in Fresno, and has held numerous teaching positions as a lecturer in family therapy and behavioral science, as well as holding a Doctorate of Philosophy and a Master of Divinity. Neil was appointed to the Board of Trustees in July 2010. |

Lee Jay Kolligian Lee Kolligian is a practicing attorney in southern California with strong family ties to Fresno and the San Joaquin Valley with numerous contributions to the community including education and real estate development. Lee has served on the Board of Trustees since 2009. |

Sister Kathleen Moroney, CSC Sister Kathleen Moroney joined the Board of Trustees in September 2010. She currently serves as an Immigration Attorney and Co-Director of the Immigration Department for Holy Cross Ministries in Salt Lake City, Utah. Sister Kathleen has a bachelor's degree in finance from Ohio State University and a law degree from University of Notre Dame. Most of her career has been spent in the area of finance serving as treasurer on several health care and educational institutions. She also served 10 years on the General Council of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross as General Treasurer. Sister Kathleen recently completed nine years as a Member of Catholic Health Ministries and as a CHM Director on the Trinity Health Board of Directors. |

Dianne S. Nury Dianne Nury is the President/CEO of Vie-Del, a family-owned winery, distillery and fruit juice processor in Fresno. Prior to her appointment to the Board in 2009, Dianne previously served on the Saint Agnes Board Quality Evaluation Committee and on the Foundation Board and its Major Gifts Committee. She is also an officer and member of numerous industry-related Boards. |

William Owen, MD Dr. William Owen is a respected local cardiologist who has practiced medicine in Fresno for more than 40 years. He is a past member of the Saint Agnes Board of Trustees (1992-1998) and served as Chairman of various committees during his tenure. He was appointed again to the Board of Trustees in January 2007. The William O. Owen Medical Library at Saint Agnes is named in his honor. |

Craig Saladino Craig Saladino is President/CEO of Saladino's Inc., a Fresno-based food service distributor established in 1944. He was appointed to the Saint Agnes Medical Center Board of Trustees in 2006 and served as Chairman of the Board from 2009-2011. In that role, Craig served on each committee of the Board of Trustees. |

Ambassador Phillip Sanchez, Vice Chairman Ambassador Phillip Sanchez, former U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Colombia (1975-1977) and to the Republic of Honduras (1973-1975), is an international lecturer on Latin American issues. Ambassador Sanchez has been on the Saint Agnes Board of Trustees since 2006. |
