Saint Agnes Respiratory Care has partnered with the American Lung Association to host monthly Better Breathers Club meetings. Separate from the Medical Center’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, this unique support group is open to anyone with chronic lung disease, giving them the tools needed to live the best quality life.
Sessions are held the first Thursday of each month, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at Saint Agnes Administrative Center at The Plaza (Leonard Room), 1111 E. Spruce Ave.

Registration is required. All sessions are free and include lunch.
Better Breathers Club dates are as follows:
- August 7 – Exercise Physics
Facilitators: Exercise Physiologist
Understand and describe principles and practices in exercise training.
- September – No Meeting
- October 2 — Speech Therapy
Learn about avoiding choking on food and drinks.
- November 6 — Could it be Hereditary COPD?
Understanding and identifying alpha-1 disease.
- December 4 — It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like ...
