The William O. Owen Medical Library on the second floor of the North Wing supports Saint Agnes physicians, nurses and staff by providing access to information on patient care, medical research, and health-related education. Saint Agnes patients and their families are also encouraged to request basic medical information and use the collection of books and journals.

Students and the general public may use materials on-site, at the discretion of the library personnel. Library materials are not usually loaned out to the public, but photocopying is available for a small fee.

Saint Agnes is proud to be a sponsor of CaringBridge, a free Web site creation tool, available on the computers in the Medical Library. The service allows our patient's families to stay in touch with relatives and friends by posting photos and updates on the patient's condition. It is simple and easy to use, with password protection to ensure the patient's privacy. Just ask the medical librarian for more information.
